in no way obligated to promote QueerFetish.com after becoming
a partner.
- Your website(s)
must be legal and may not contain any beastiality, child pornography
or warez. QueerFetish.com, a service of Abstract Random Productions,
is not responsible for the content of its partners sites.
- Partners
MAY NOT promote QueerFetish.com through unsolicited e-mail or
any other form of spam. Spam is sending e-mail to someone without
permission or posting messages to inappropriate newsgroups and/or
message boards.
- Partners
must be at least 18 years of age.
- QueerFetish.com
has teamed with Verotel,
a 3rd party billing service, so that partners may be confident
of not being cheated, and of receiving on time payments. As
a partner, Verotel will mail you your commission checks and
provide online stats with which you may monitor your sales.
- All of
the materials you use to promote QueerFetish.com must be authorized
by Abstract Random Productions.
- You may
promote QueerFetish.com on numerous websites. Your sales will
be tracked by linking code and is not based upon the referring
URL.
- Abstract
Random Productions is not liable for any litigation of unauthorized
promotional techniques. You may be held liable of $10,000+ for
using any illegal material in advertising efforts if Abstract
Random Productions is prosecuted for said material.
- Abstract
Random Productions is not responsible for any commissions lost
because of downtime due to server maintenance, Internet weather,
or other related Internet problems.
- Abstract
Random Productions has the right to change payouts (increase
or decrease) at anytime with a 14 day notification period.
- Partners
must provide a valid e-mail address at the time of registration,
and must notify Abstract Random Productions by e-mail
of any changes to that address.
- Partners
will receive 50% commission on sales they generate through the
linking code they are given. This means 50% of the actual sale
price, not 50% after processing fees.
- You agree,
during the period of this Agreement, that we may: (1) revise
the terms and conditions of this Agreement; and (2) change the
services provided under this Agreement. Any such revision or
change will be binding and effective immediately on posting
of the revised Agreement or change to the service(s) on our
web site. You agree to review our web site, including the Agreement,
periodically to be aware of any such revisions.
- This agreement
can be terminated by at anytime by the partner or Abstract Random
Productions.
